Personality/aptitude testAfter passing the document screening stage, this procedure is conducted to test the personality and potential capabilities of the applicant to confirm that he/she qualifies the company requirements. The tests consist of the personality/aptitude test and coding test. (*Coding test applicable to only engineers) The personality/aptitude test is an objective test that measures the potential capabilities of applicants to evaluate whether they qualify the key values and personnel requirements of the company and examine whether they can fulfill such values and requirements; applicants with severely low potential capability levels are excluded from the recruitment. The coding test is an objective test to evaluate the basic capabilities of engineering applicants; the results are used during actual task interviews, etc.
InterviewsInterviews are the most important recruitment process; face-to-face interview and structured interview with applicants are conducted for overall and in-depth identification and evaluation of applicants’ capabilities, including basic qualities, aptitude, and capabilities.
