SalaryThe company runs an individual salary system according to strict performance evaluation results by integrating the results with personal performance and capabilities; employees with excellent results receive additional salary raises and individual performance bonuses the following year separate from their yearly salary raise. In addition, employees working in core tasks directly linked to the company’s growth receive high salaries. We maintain wages at competitive levels so that employees stay motivated and contribute to the success of the company.
