Remuneration

DB Inc. has a strictly results-based pay system based on objective assessment.

Salary

The company runs an individual salary system according to strict performance evaluation results by integrating the results with personal performance and capabilities; employees with excellent results receive additional salary raises and individual performance bonuses the following year separate from their yearly salary raise. In addition, employees working in core tasks directly linked to the company’s growth receive high salaries. We maintain wages at competitive levels so that employees stay motivated and contribute to the success of the company.

Remuneration
Basic wage The wage paid regardless of one’s performance (including lunch)
Competency-based incentives Set percentage of basic wage provided separately
Incentive bonus The incentive paid as an addition to the basic wage based on individual performance of the year according to performance-based management (varying on a yearly basis)
Other bonuses The incentive paid to only relevant individuals who have technical expertise, doctoral degree, post attached or duty of PM
